We are all about bringing the “play” back to parenting and teaching. We aren’t here to tell you what not to do or make judgements. We all have enough of that already in our lives!

Playful Learning is here to create a supportive (come as you are) community  to cheer you on for the little things you do that make a BIG difference.

It’s important to keep in mind that the experiences that are on the way to you have been specifically designed to create connection (do-it-together) while also giving you insights into the development and interests of the children in your lives.

The most important “material” in this whole process is your presence. While we give you lots of guidance and inspiration on how to get the most out of your experiences, our wish is that you and you playful learners make them your own. If at anytime you find yourself feeling as if you or your child are not doing something “the right way”, we suggest setting things aside and spontaneously bringing them out again when the mood hits. There is no need to rush or struggle through these materials, they are meant to be enjoyed over long periods of time and revisited often to both complete yet unfinished lessons and to reminisce through shared projects of the past.

Over time you will have a lovely library of D-I-T Kits filled with various topics that can be pulled out on play dates, family visits, rainy days and more!   So, when in doubt, simply be present, play, and enjoy the process + connection being created. These shared experiences truly will lead to lifelong memories.
