Ages 2 to 6+: Support mindfulness and independence by teaching children how to set the table

Ages 2 to 6+: Share your gratitude for others by passing along these cards to family members, friends, and teachers

Gratitude Writing Practice

Ages 3 to 5: Build fine motor and pre-handwriting skills by tracing lines to match each type of food to the bountiful harvest
